Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Magnetic Levitation Rotor Considering Unbalanced Magnetic Pull

چکیده

The working principle of the motor can cause unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP) between stator and rotor unavoidably. Previous research about nonlinear vibration excited by UMP was focused on supported traditional mechanical bearings or gas bearings. However, levitation is particular due to low rigidity provided active bearing (AMB). amplifies in resonant zone further excites electromagnetic force, thus producing different phenomena. paper calculates orbit, spectra analysis, time-history plot with numerical methods studies influence rotation speed, eccentricity, key control parameters, dynamics detail. Results illustrate displacement response are quite from previous results. appearing frequency components inducted universal formulas this paper. Furthermore, shows a slight adjustment parameters affect significantly harmonic characteristics. results have practical reference significance for fault diagnosis, feature recognition, controller optimization AMB-rotor system.
